c3 - coffee conversation community

Hello to young adults of Winston-Salem! Starting September 7th, young adults and adults of any age are invited to the lower level of the church each Thursday from 7pm-8pm for C3.

C3 is not your typical church "service": C3 will feature short, TED-talk style messages that will lead to engaging weekly group discussions and community. Also, free childcare available. Email us ahead of time if you need childcare.

Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for updates, upcoming meetings, locations of our 'Drinks and Discussion' series, service opportunities and more. For more information contact me via email or call 336.766.6375. I would love to get to know you and help you get connected. Blessings,

Clark Chilton

It's been suggested by some that if you explore the Christian faith, much less a church, you're going to have to "check your brains at the door." But what if the opposite was true? What if Jesus Himself said, "Don't" check your brains at the door. As you explore the Christian faith, dig deep, ask tough questions, bring out your doubts. In this series we will explore how to engage the Christian faith intellectually.

We know it's a broken world. We also know we are broken people, though we often try and hide it behind masks designed to make it seem like we have it all together. In truth, we've failed, been depressed, rejected, experienced soul-wrenching grief and pain, come from families of dysfunction, and more. Our deepest longing is for God to be a God for the broken. The good news is that He is.
